Rachel Scott
Program Coordinator - RISE Center, BER Lab, and HHMI Inclusive Excellence Project
Research Interests:
While much of what I do in regards to research is support from behind the scenes, my interests are in how all STEM students can receive an equitable and inclusive education regardless of background or life circumstances. My experiences being a student in the military and a community college transfer student also provide influence and insight into my work.
About Me:
I have a B.S. in microbiology from Arizona State University and am currently completing an M.S. in organizational leadership through ASU Online. I'm an Arizona native proudly serving in the Arizona Army National Guard. I have a variety of interests, from scuba diving to banjo playing, and my cat has been unofficially voted as the next Grumpy Cat (you can find photos of her if you follow me on Twitter, RAScott324).
