Julie Roberts

Undergraduate researcher

Research Interests: I am interested in improving the depth of learning in biology through effective teaching mechanisms, uncovering what that entails for a large diverse population of students, and the psychology and neuroscience behind it.

About me: Originally from Illinois, I am currently pursuing my B.S. in Biological Sciences, with concentration in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior while also minoring in Psychology. My work experience includes a great deal of clinical time assisting the seriously mentally ill (SMI) population in Arizona as a specialist in co-occurring disorders. In my free time I enjoy designing art, traveling, and spending time with family.
