Lydia Sakala

Former undergraduate researcher

Born and raised in Zambia. My initial goal was to pursue medicine until I became a general chemistry TA and fell in love with the education side of science. Currently in my senior year of my biochemistry degree, I am looking at Biology education as my long-term research interest. I love taking long walks, cooking (though I’ve been told that I don’t cook the best food) and chatting with friends and family (mostly back home).
