New lab publication: LGBQ+ biology faculty revealing their identity to students

We are very excited to announce that we have published a study examining factors that influence whether LGBQ+ biology instructors reveal their identity to students entitled "Coming out to the class: Identifying factors that influence college biology instructors decisions about revealing their LGBQ identities in class."
