Our lab publication "How to Assess Your CURE: A Practical Guide for Instructors of Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experiences" was featured in the 2017 Spotlight issue for the Journal of Microbiology and Biology Education (JMBE).
Beginning in 2015, the JMBE Editorial Board publishes an annual JMBE Spotlight issue in an effort to showcase the Journal’s stellar science education research and ready-to-use education activities and tools. The print-only issue is a compilation of articles from each section, hand-picked by JMBE Editors from the previous year’s volume, as well as the accepted abstracts for the upcoming ASM Conference for Undergraduate Educators (ASMCUE; http://asmcue.org/). It is distributed at ASMCUE and other related educator meetings over the course of the year. If you are attending this year’s ASMCUE meeting, you will receive a hardcopy of the JMBE Spotlight as part of your attendee packet.
