The Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) STEM conference is being held in Seattle, WA. The conference aims to stimulate discussions about how to produce more competitively trained and liberally educated STEM graduates.
Sara, along with Alison Crowe and Mary Pat Wenderoth, is presenting a workshop at the AAC&U meeting entitled "Align Your Curriculum to Vision and Change Using the BioCore Guide and BioMaps Programmatic Assessment."
Former postdoc Erin Shortlidge is presenting a poster on our study of faculty perspectives on benefits and challenges for developing and teaching course-based undergraduate research experiences (CUREs). This work is currently being published in BioScience.
