A new feature article in Current Biology entitled "Breathing fresh life into life science education" highlights work from the lab! The article describes some of the challenges associated with undergraduate biology education reform and highlights two of our research projects: (1) the BioMaps project on developing a programmatic assessment for biology departments and (2) Kimberly Tanner and Sara's work on identifying professional identity as a barrier to faculty change.
